Description

Turns any water canister into a fire fighting foam unit! Just one quart will help protect your valuable tractors, combines and balers from the ravages of fire! Each year, there are more than 20,000 fires on American farms and ranches. Many of these could be controlled with just a little Cold Fire!

Cold Fire is the amazing fire suppressant used by fire departments all over the world, because it can extingiush the toughest fires in just seconds. Just add a quart of Cold Fire to any standard water extinguisher, and you are better prepared to save yourself and your valuable equipment in case of fire.

While water may be effective against Class A flames on grass and wood, it is almost useless against machinery fires that involve rubber, liquid fuels, hydraulic fluids, plastics and more. Dry chemical extinguishers aren't much better. Ask any policeman who has tried to use their standard-issue dry chem exinguishers against a fully-involved car fire, and he'll tell you that they are not up to the job. That's why it is so hard to insure certain pieces of farm equipment, like hay balers and combines.

Until now, there hasn't been a good option for farmers and ranchers to protect their equipment against fire. Cold Fire is rated for both Class A and B fires, and is used by NASCAR, IHRA and top race tracks around the country because it works so well against the different track fuels. It is also required by some insurance companies for the logging industry transport trucks - any they face many of the same obstacles that you do.

Best of all, it is completely biodegradable and non-toxic, made with food-grade materials, so it won't harm your livestock. It's also non-corrosive, so it won't hurt your equipment. There is no special equipment required - just a standard water extinguisher with a Schrader valve (like on a car tire) and an air compressor.

For a standard 2.5 gallon water canister, we recommend an aspirating nozzle (sold separately) and a solid mounting bracket. Just put in 2.25 gallons of water, add a quart of Cold Fire, put the air hose on it until the meter is in the green, and you're ready for the next harvest!
